1) To prepare the MIS and reports on regular basis. The incumbent must have knowledge of Advanced Excel and PPT
2) To send mails & excel working sheets to various departments and collating their responses
3) To handle client escalations and meet the clients
4) Responsible for internal escalations and followups with teams on pendency regarding KYC and Customer Care Issues etc.
5) Review teams performances and provide relevant inputs for performance enhancement
6) Review STS updations from Customer Care and KYC team
7) Prepare and share desired reports with various departments
8) Flash daily dashboards related to teams performances and pendency
9) Good hands on advance excel formulas like vlookup, hlookup, pivot, if, countif, sumif, duplicate check, conditional formatting, concatenate etc.and have handled ERP (Sales Tracking Software)
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,75,000 P.A.
