Role & Responsibility
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize Induction & orientation programme.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves
and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Responsible for making yearly employee engagement plans and
implementing the same.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Preparing various HRMIS, required from time to time
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and
employee turnover rates
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
Understanding of HR best practices
In-depth knowledge of full recruitment cycle
Expertise in bulk hiring through campus drive, walk-ins, job fairs etc.
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Ability to motivate employees
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the
Critical thinker with problem-solving approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
