Job Description

Candidates with minimum 4 Years of Experience in Customer Relation in Real Estate Developer Company, having sound experience and knowledge of entire post sales activities. (i.e. dealing with entire after sales activities related to allotments, execution of Builder buyers agreement, Loan process, docs handling , sending demands/reminders/cancellation , possession process , registration process etc).


Handling customer query related to projects possession, demand, receipt and Builder Buyer Agreement.
Leadership ability to manage individual project (Should have handled individual project & team in his previous organization).
Excellent team work skill.
Customer handling (Emails/walk ins/Phone calls).
Have to manage whole gamut of Assured Returns and Lease guarantee of employees.
Ownership approach.
Quickly analyze the situation utilizing a detailed oriented process & being able to manage the entire activity.
Grievance/Escalation handling skills.
Excellent team work skill.
Strong team player.
Positive attitude & flexible in nature.
Strong analytical skills.
Daily MIS and database maintenance. Initiate and develop CRM system.


Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
